Wilted Kale Bowls

Wilted kale is one of my favorite sides. It's so versatile and a superfood. All you need to do is heat your oil of choice. Then, add in your spices/seasoning components (ie: garlic). The oil and spices will make a fragrant blend perfect for your clean chopped kale. You should only have to cook the kale for about 5-8 minutes.


Tip: Try it with bacon grease & shallots. Then, squeeze a lime wedge over the finished bowl!
