Vegetable Cream Sauce for Poultry, Pork, or Seafood!
Creamy sauce ingredients:
8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
6 cloves garlic - diced
3 tbsp butter
pinch of salt & pinch of pepper
12 Oz cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3-4 cups spinach
2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Combine the first 4 ingredients in pan and cook on med-high for 7 minutes, then add the tomatoes, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Continue to cook until sauce summers and all vegetable components are cooked. Finally, add 3-4 cups spinach. Let spinach cook down and then top with shaved Parmesan cheese!
