Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
• 3 hard-boiled large eggs
• 3 TBSP cream cheese, softened
• Smoked Salmon
• Diced red onion
Boil eggs for 15 mins. Remove eggs and put in an ice bath immediately for 5 mins. Then shell and cut in half. Remove yolks into a bowl and save whites. Put yolk in a bowl with cream cheese & red onion, mix thoroughly. Spoon back into egg white, sprinkle pepper, top with smoked salmon, capers, dill, and whatever else you like.
