Shrimp Fried CauliRice
Ingredients: 1 small red bell pepper, chopped 1 bundle green onion, chopped 2 12 oz bags of frozen riced cauliflower 1/3 cup coconut aminos 2-3 tbsp soy sauce 15 shrimp, chopped and cooked 1 egg 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sesame oil Dash of onion powder Dash of garlic salt Pepper
Put butter, sesame oil, and all veggies in a pan or wok. Cook until the red peppers soften and the cauliflower dries out a bit (5-8 minutes) Add in spices, soy, and coconut aminos. Add egg and mix around, until egg is cooked through. Add the chopped cooked shrimp
Top with chopped scallion tops and sesame seeds!
