Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Cookie dough: 2 eggs 2 cups almond flour 3/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup erythritol

Topping: 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (for topping) extra tbsp or two peanut butter (topping) ______________________ Mix all the cookie dough ingredient together. Mix well! Place in parchment lined 9x13” pan. Pat down so dough is distributed evenly in pan. Bake for 15 minutes on 350°. Remove from oven and top with chocolate chips, chocolate chips will melt within 60 seconds. Spread around to make even layer of chocolate. Then, melt the additional peanut butter in microwave and pour over top. Let cool or refrigerate! Once the PB chocolate topping hardens, ENJOY!
