Marinated Pork Tenderloin - Baked
Marinade all day, if possible.
~ 4 tbsp sugar free teriyaki sauce
~ 4 tbsp soy sauce
1 small lemon, juice of
1 generous spoonful of minced garlic
Couple sprinkles of salt all over
When you are ready to cook/eat:
Throw a deep pan or cast iron skillet in the oven. Set the oven to 450 and let heat for 20ish minutes. Pull out the pan/skillet and swirl with oil. Throw your tenderloins in there and pour the marinade on top. Leaving the oven at 450, bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the skillet, flip the tenderloins, and lower the oven temperature to 400. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. Once the internal temperature registers to 145 degrees or more, remove and let those babies rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and top with the cooked down sauce from the marinade/oil in the skillet.
