Keto Waffles

Ingredients:

7 eggs

1 package (8oz) cream cheese

2 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup coconut flour

1 tbsp coconut oil (for waffle maker)

Waffle toppings (whatever your heart desires)


Instructions:

Melt/soften cream cheese for 30 sec in microwave.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly (I used a mixer)

Oil up your waffle maker - I used coconut oil.

Pour your batter in and cook according to your waffle makers instructions.


Once they’re cooked, Pop those baby’s out, put some butter on them, sprinkle with cinnamon, and whatever other toppings you’d like. Then, pour sugar free syrup on them and enjoy!
