Keto Turkey Chili

3 cups left over turkey, shredded 1 quart chicken stock 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 yellow bell peppers, chopped 1/2 white onion, chopped 1 jalapeño, chopped 2 tbsp tomato paste 4 tbsp chili paste 1 tsp Garlic salt 1 tsp Onion powder 1 cube Chicken bullion or chicken seasoning 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp chili powder 1 can eden soy black beans

Add turkey, broth, seasonings, tomato paste, & chili paste in croc pot. Put on high and cook for 3-4 hours. Turn on low and add all vegetables, except for black soy beans. Let cook for another hour on low. Right before you serve, strain the black beans from the can and add to crock pot. Mix around, serve, and top with sour cream, chopped onion, and anything else your heart desires! ***pro tip: for the chili paste, I rehydrated 4 ancho chilies and food processed them with water and 2 garlic cloves. I then just added the mixture to my crock pot instead of chili paste. But- do what’s easiest!
