Keto Pizza Dough

Keto Pizza dough:

Ingredients: 1 and 3/4 cup melted mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup almond flour 3 TBSP cream cheese

1 egg

Directions: Melt the cheese in the microwave until super runny, add the cream cheese and mix! Melt again if necessary. The key is to have really hot cheese so it’s really runny.

Add the almond flour and egg. Mix.

Use your hands and knead like dough. If it’s sticky, just wet your hands and keep kneading.

Once all mixed up- roll into ball and place on parchment paper (not wax paper) place a sheet of parchment paper on top, press down and roll out the dough with a roller.

Push up the edges, season and stab with a fork.

Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes!

Add topping and bake again for 2-4 minutes until the cheese melts!
