Keto No Noodle Lasagna

1 lb ground beef 1 large onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 small (8oz) can stewed tomatoes or 1 cup diced fresh tomato 1 jar @raos red sauce Italian seasoning Garlic salt Pepper 2 eggs beaten ~12 oz ricotta 1/4 cup fresh or dried parsley 3 cups mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup more parsley, fresh or dried

Cook the ground beef on skillet, once cooked add onion, tomato, garlic, 1/2 jar raos red sauce, and seasonings. Cook on low. Meanwhile, mix ricotta and two eggs together. Add parsley and mix again. In a large lasagna pan, layer meat mixture, ricotta mixture, 1&1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Layer meat and ricotta mixtures again. Add the remainder of red sauce and top mozzarella. Sprinkle with parsley to be ~fancy~ and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or so. ENJOY!
