Keto Chocolate Donuts

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup erythritol

2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup half and half

3 large eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping- Sugar free chocolate chips - melted, and walnuts

Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, salt, & cocoa powder in large bowl. In another bowl whisk the eggs, half and half, vanilla, and melted butter. Once the wet ingredients are mixed, pour into the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into greased donut pan filling each 3/4th the way full. Bake for 17-20 minutes. I use silicone donut trays and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Once cooled, pop out and add toppings! Enjoy!
