Keto Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup sweetener. I use erythritol. 2 large eggs 1/3 cup butter, measured solid, then melted 1 tsp vanilla extract Sugar free chocolate chips, to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients.
Add chocolate chips. Pour into greased muffin tray! Bake for 15 minutes.
