Keto Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:⁣ 2 cups almond flour⁣ 2 tsp baking powder⁣ 1/4 cup sweetener. I use erythritol. 2 large eggs ⁣ 1/3 cup butter, measured solid, then melted⁣ 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣ Sugar free chocolate chips, to taste⁣


Directions: ⁣Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. ⁣ Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.⁣ Stir in wet ingredients.

Add chocolate chips. ⁣ Pour into greased muffin tray! Bake for 15 minutes.
