Keto Chili
INGREDIENTS: 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 medium green pepper (chopped) 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped) 1 jalapeño 3-4 clove garlic (finely minced) 6 oz grass fed ground beef 6 oz ground pork 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 cup diced tomatoes 8 oz grass fed organic beef bone broth 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Shredded cheese
Avocado
Sour cream for topping!
Directions Cook all the chopped vegetables, the bone broth, tomato paste and canned diced tomato in the crock pot for an hour or so
Sauté the ground beef and ground pork with the spices in the ingredient list.
I drained the ground meats and then added them to the crock pot too.
Cook on low for 2ish hours.
Before serving I added a sprinkle of red pepper chili flakes and cayenne pepper 🌶
I topped it with cheese, sour cream, avocado and some diced onion.
