Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients: · 3.5 lbs of ground beef · Seasonings – I used Montreal steak seasoning and a dash of garlic powder · 1 whole white onion – diced · 5-6 TBSP cream cheese · 2 cups mild cheddar shredded cheese

Your favorite burger toppings: · 3 TBSP sugar free ketchup · 3 TBSP yellow mustard · Sliced tomato · Pickles · Lettuce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until thoroughly cooked. Add the chopped onion, spices, and any other veggies or cooked burger additions you like – bacon, mushroom, jalapenos, etc. Let the onion (or/and any other additions) cook with the beef until they are softened. A lot of the liquid should cook off, but feel free to drain it too.

Once all is cooked through, add the cream cheese and 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese. The cream cheese and cheddar will melt and give it a hamburger helper type consistency. Remove from heat once it’s all melted. Put it in a large casserole dish and disperse the other cup of shredded cheddar on top. Pop into oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese on top melts! You can broil it for about 3-4 min to make the cheese on top crispy.

Remove and let cool for about 10-15 minutes. Add your burger toppings, and enjoy!
