Keto Bagel Sandwich - Fathead Dough

BAGELS using Keto Fathead Dough: 1 and 3/4 cup melted mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup almond flour 3 TBSP cream cheese

1 egg

Directions: Preheat oven to 425° Melt the cheese in the microwave until super runny, add the cream cheese and mix! Melt again if necessary. The key is to have really hot cheese so it’s really runny. Then add the almond flour and egg. Mix around quickly otherwise the egg will scramble in the hot cheese. I use a rubber spatula to keep folding the dough until it’s a uniform mixture, but using your hands will work too. Separate into 6 equal parts. Place into bagel/donut tray, or on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet in a bagel type shape. Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning and bake for 10-12 minutes!

Cut in half, and top with your favorite breakfast ingredients!
