Keto Bagel Biscuits

Ingredients:

3/4 cup almond flour

1 egg

3 tbsp cream cheese

1&3/4 cup mozzarella (melted)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease up a bagel/donut dish (if you have one).

Put the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe dish. Microwave in increments of 15 seconds. Microwave until its very melted and runny. Add in the flour and mix. Then add in the egg. Mix until its a thorough mixture. The more melted the cheese is, the easier it is to mix this all together. It should form a dough like substance.


Separate into 6 equal parts. Roll into a ball and place on the parchment paper (or in your donut pan) If using a baking sheet - using your thumb, make a little hole in the middle so that it looks like a bagel.


Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes! Remove, sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning, and let cool! Enjoy with your favorite breakfast foods!
