Crispy Brussels sprouts


4-5 slices bacon

15-20 Brussels Sprouts

Salt & Pepper


Cook the bacon, chop in bits. Put to the side.

Slice the Brussels sprouts in half, put them face down in the bacon grease and let them get crispy. Remove. Toss with bacon bits and add salt and pepper.

Then, make lots extra to eat with eggs the next day.
