Crab & Old Bay Deviled Eggs


· 3 hard-boiled large eggs

· 1/2 can (3 ounces) crabmeat (crab claw is what I used)

· 1 TBSP mayonnaise

· 1/2 green onion, finely chopped

· 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

· pinch of Old Bay Seasoning

· pinch of salt

· pinch of pepper


Boil eggs for 15 mins. Remove eggs and put in an ice bath immediately for 5 mins. Then shell and cut in half. Remove yolks into a bowl and save whites. Add all other ingredients into the bowl with the yolks and mix around. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites, and sprinkle a little more Old Bay on top! I threw some chopped chives on top of mine too.🥚🦀
