Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara

6 slices bacon 4-5 cloves garlic ~2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces) 1 cup chicken broth Onion powder Garlic salt Italian Seasoning Salt Pepper 3 -4 tbsp cream cheese 1/2 cup (or so) of heavy cream ½ white onion, chopped ½ red bell pepper, chopped 18-20 shrimp (cooked and deveined) 
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
2-3 cups fresh spinach

Cook the bacon and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Once the bacon is cooked, add in the chopped chicken thighs. Cook on high until the chicken is cooked through and crisp. Add the chicken broth, seasonings, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Mix around until uniform mixture. Turn heat to medium, add onion, red pepper, and remaining garlic. Let cook for several minutes. Finally, add the shrimp and parmesan. Serve over spinach and enjoy!
