•2 portobello tops (sliced thin) 6 slices total
• 6 slices of mozzarella
• 6 slices tomato • basil for garnish

•balsamic vinegar or reduction
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°
Put mushroom slice on baking pan, season with salt, pepper, and whatever else you like! Top with cheese and bake for 10ish mins.
Meanwhile, cook down 1/4 to 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (unless you already have reduction) and add 1-2 drops stevia. Once it starts to heat it will thicken. Bubbling is good but make sure it doesn’t burn
Remove, add fresh tomato and fresh basil. Spoon a drop of your balsamic glaze and some EVOO.
