Bacon Wrapped Green Beans


- 1 lb fresh trimmed green beans

- 10-15 slices thin sliced bacon


“Blanch” the green beans: trim tips, add to boiling water, cook 2-3 mins- until tender. Place in ice bath immediately after so that the cooking process stops.

Grab a small bundle (10-12 strings) and wrap with raw bacon strip. Do this step several times until all your green beans are wrapped in bundles.

Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you want the bacon to be.

Top with whatever seasoning you want - I topped mine with some red pepper flakes and pink salt ______ Pro tip: Be sure to use thin sliced bacon! Thick slices takes too long and the green beans over-cook!
