Avocado Cheese Crisp

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 large avocado

seasoning of your choice

Get a small-ish pan and put it on your stove on high heat. Pour about 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese evenly into the pan. (Not too thick, just enough to cover it) Let cook for about 3-5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool! It will harden once it cools. Top with smashed avocado and seasoning. ENJOY!
